What are your delivery options?

We deliver within the Town of Taos for free with a minimum purchase of $599 or more. We also offer free delivery to Santa Fe for minimum purchases – inquire with our sales staff for details.

Otherwise we charge a modest fee for deliveries outside the town of Taos based on distance from our Taos store. For more information, please view our page on Deliveries.

DELIVERY HOURS

Taos Lifestyle delivers to Taos and all of Northern New Mexico, Tuesday through Friday 10a-5p and Saturday 10a-4p. ALL DELIVERIES ARE FINAL – with the exception of purchases that qualify for our Comfort Guarantee – no refunds or returns will be considered. Delays happen. Our drivers will call if they are going to be delayed.

DELIVERY TIMES

Taos Lifestyle respects your time. We will call the night before to arrange a 2 hour window for delivery so you’re not waiting around all day.

DELIVERY PREPARATIONS

An adult (18 years or older) MUST be present to sign for merchandise. Please have the area clear for placing the new furniture. Remove any obstacles in the pathway like artwork, valuables or fragile furnishings – and snow/ice removal.

MISSED DELIVERIES

In the event that Taos Lifestyle arrives at your residence and no one is available to accept delivery, we will wait for 15 minutes, and then leave an attempted delivery notice and proceed to our next delivery. Redeliveries will be charged.

Do you ship furniture if I order online?

We do not ship furniture, except for our Double-M Mattresses, which are available nationwide shipped straight from the the manufacturer.

We will deliver furniture throughout Taos County and northern New Mexico depending on purchase size, items purchased and distance from our Taos store.

What is 'Dropshipping'? I've heard you can dropship certain items to my remote location?

‘Drop Shipping’ is shipping and delivery from the manufacturer to your location. The only items at this time that are available for this service are the Double-M mattresses, our best selling mattresses.

Will you deliver Out of State (NM)?

We generally only offer delivery throughout northern New Mexico and Southern Colorado. Talk to us about your situation and we will evaluate what we can do for you. All deliveries are dependent on size of purchase, distance of delivery, and unique circumstances.

If I can have mattresses 'drop shipped' to my address, what is the order of things?

All we need is a completed purchase and delivery address. Delivery times vary according to destination, manufacturer schedule and various similar concerns, but overall the process is easy and we track things as needed to insure timely delivery.

Can Taos Lifestyle drop ship other furniture than mattresses?

Unfortunately we do not offer drop shipping on any other furniture except Double-M mattresses.

Do you deliver outside of New Mexico?

We generally do not leave the state of New Mexico, but sometime will deliver to southern Colorado. If you have a special request, we will try our best to accommodate!

Can you special order furniture that is out of stock?

Depending on availability, we can order furniture and other items from any of our vendors. Please call us or drop by to discuss availability of specific choices and options of in-stock items.

What are the standard warranties from Taos Lifestyle?

Our manufacturer warranties cover each brand. We value your business and want you to be happy with your purchase, and will facilitate any warranty claims with the manufacturer.

What is the Comfort Guarantee?

COMFORT GUARANTEE

Valid mattress purchases are allowed one exchange only. If after the first 30 nights, your comfort needs are not met with your original selection, you may exchange for a different mattress within 120 days. Re-selections must be of equal or greater value and the customer pays the difference. Floor models, clearance, adjustable bed bases, discontinued items do not qualify. 

Guarantee requires purchase of a mattress protector and is void on sleep sets that have been stained, damaged or abused in any way.

A delivery fee will be applied for any exchange.

Will Taos Lifestyle haul away my old furniture?

FURNITURE REMOVALS

Taos Lifestyle will remove old furniture for $100 per item.

MATTRESS REMOVALS

Taos Lifestyle will remove your old mattress for free for each new mattress purchase over $599. Delivery staff will not be responsible for removing any mattress that is deemed unsanitary due to potential health risks.

Do you finance purchases over time?

Taos Lifestyle has uses Synchrony to provide our customers with interest free financing. Please consult with any member of our sales team to learn more.

What is the return policy of Taos Lifestyle?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Items in original packaging in re-sellable condition may be returned with original receipt for store credit only. Pillows, sheets, towels, mattresses, adjustable bases and foundations other than comfort exchange are not  returnable.
